The Office of Renee Coffey MP receives a limited budget for Australian flags each year through the Parliamentary flag program, in line with guidance from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, noting that provision of flags is subject to each Parliamentarian’s office budget, internal policies and availability, and may require prioritisation. To ensure flags are available for community use, priority is given to local schools and not‑for‑profit community organisations.

Community organisations eligible to request a flag include:

• Schools

• Community Service Clubs

• Hospitals

• Churches

• Not-for-profit organisations

• Registered charity

• Sporting clubs

• RSL or ex service organisations

Please note we may not be able to provide flags to private individuals or other organisations as community groups are prioritised.

All approved flags are to be collected in person from the Office of Renee Coffey MP. The office does not post or deliver flags.

Completion of this form does not guarantee that a request will be approved. All requests are assessed subject to availability and the office’s internal policies. Please read the Australian Government’s Australian Flags booklet before submitting this request.
